Twenty guests, no strangers in between
Most places can take a group only by scattering it: two rooms on this floor, three on the next, and somebody always ends up in a different building. Apartments Joana is one small house with eight identical apartments — take them all and the house is yours, up to 20 guests, with nobody else checking in.
Every apartment is the same, so there is nothing to negotiate about who gets the better one: air conditioning, sound insulation, a private balcony, an en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee, a mini-fridge and fast WiFi in each. Free private parking is on site, and the lake and old town are a few minutes on foot.

Weddings and family celebrations
The family sleeps in one house instead of five hotels, and the morning after everybody is at the same breakfast table in town.
Cycling and hiking groups
Bikes stay on private ground, the lake road starts a few minutes away, and after a long day nobody has to be quiet for other hotel guests.
Seminars and work trips
Every apartment has a desk, fast WiFi and a door that closes — colleagues who need to work in the evening can, without sharing a room.
Clubs, courses and reunions
One contact person, one confirmation and one address for twenty people is a great deal less to organise than twenty bookings.
Bus transfer from Ohrid Airport
Ohrid “St. Paul the Apostle” Airport (OHD) is about ten minutes away by road. For a group we can arrange a bus transfer from there — one vehicle for everyone instead of a queue of taxis, waiting where you land.
Tell us the flight and the number of people when you write to us, and we will come back with the arrangement. If part of the group arrives separately or by car, that is no problem — the parking is on site and free.

That is all we need to start. Rough dates are fine — we will tell you straight away whether the whole house is still open.
We check all eight apartments at once
The calendar on this site shows one apartment at a time, which is no use to a group. For a whole-house request we look at the entire building for your dates.
One confirmation, one contact
You get the price for the whole house, the arrangement for the transfer if you want one, and one person to reach for everything else.
Rates, minimum stay and the deposit for a whole-house booking we agree individually — a group of twenty is not a booking form, it is a conversation.
